This new R & D project focuses on optimizing maintenance policies for production systems, with the ambition of treating maintenance based on prescriptive analysis.
The Maintenance Prediction and Optimization (MPO) project aims to undo the technological and methodological locks of the predictive maintenance and the combination of maintenance policies of production systems, made possible by the new technologies of artificial intelligence, of the machine learning type, and the computing power of the machines, in order to optimize their maintenance in operational condition. All this aims to address the maintenance based on the prescriptive analysis, that is to say the optimization of different maintenance policies, including predictive maintenance.
It focuses on three main areas: the complex and heterogeneous data acquisition chain, the predictive maintenance chain and the optimization of maintenance strategies taking into account the complexity of multi-site policies.
