IRT SystemX and Largillière Finance, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, formed a strategic partnership to offer a full range of technology and business support to project sponsors wishing to launch an ICO (Initial Coin Offering).
The IRT and the corporate finance consulting company will jointly help project owners to validate their business model and their use case, evaluate the technical maturity of their solution, possibly accompany the technical development on the part blockchain and pilot the fundraising operation by the selling of tokens. This offer can cover all phases of the project development cycle, from the design phase to the industrial prototype realization phase (MVP), to the ICO operation and the tokens issue. It will be presented on 17 May on the occasion of the Blockchain@SystemX Day, which will take place at Caisse des Dépôts in Paris.

For its part, Largillière Finance has developed for several years expertise in blockchain and ICO operations. The consulting company is involved in all ICO operations / token sales: structuring and rationalization of the project, management and operational management as well as the management of investor relations. Largillière Finance has approached the IRT SystemX in order to complete the offer offered to its clients, particularly on the technical aspects of which the Institute is an expert.
