The call for applications for START@SystemX Cybersecurity is an opportunity for startups to join the EIC (Environment for Interoperability and integration in Cybersecurity) project and test their innovative cybersecurity technologies or concepts on the CHESS (Cybersecurity Hardening Environment for Systems of Systems) platform.

The START@SystemX program, the only one of its kind in France, is a multi-partner initiative bringing together academics, large corporations, SMEs, VSEs and startups. It gives the selected startups an opportunity, for a period of up to six months, to demonstrate their expertise and the value of their technology bricks in the context of research projects led by the IRT SystemX, whose aim is to help its partners tackle industrial challenges. What sets it apart from other startup initiatives is that the use cases and technological challenges are presented by the R&D departments of the IRT SystemX’s industrial partners and not by the marketing departments.

As part of the launch of the Cybersecurity theme on 24 October 2017, START@SystemX is seeking startups involved in the development of cybersecurity technologies, who are able to address the new digital use cases and develop new solutions for weak signal detection or innovative IoT or IIoT data interoperability architectures.
The three startups selected will join the EIC (Environment for Interoperability and integration in Cybersecurity) project, being conducted in conjunction with ANSSI, and will be able to develop their solutions on the CHESS (Cybersecurity Hardening Environment for Systems of Systems) platform, with the support of the Institute’s industrial partners. Applications will be accepted from 14:00 CET today until midnight on 30 November 2017.
