Therefore, a legitimate quest is launched for optimizing resources and organization for the sake of the well-being of inhabitants.

Hence, a concept of smart city aroused few decades ago and, by the same token, a technology fantasy that would revolutionize urban way of life inherited from thousand years of collective history.
