The SystemX Technological Research Institute undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of personal data from its website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act.

Personal data may be collected by the Communications Department of the SystemX Technological Research Institute, 2 boulevard Thomas Gobert, 91120 PALAISEAU.

The collection of personal data is done based on consent or voluntariness.

Recipients of personal data

Unless otherwise stated, personal data collected from the IRT SystemX website is intended for internal use and is not intended to be shared with third parties except in cases provided for by laws and regulations. They may nevertheless be made accessible to the service providers of the SystemX Institute of Technological Research’s communication department, under supervision, for the strict needs and limits of their mission.

This personal data may be accessible by:

• Webmasters, web designers, administrators of the IRT SystemX website
• Other departments of the SystemX Institute of Technological Research

Duration of storage of personal data

The personal data collected is kept for the following periods:

• After three years of inactivity, personal data is deleted as part of the right to be forgotten.
• At the end of an event, the list of data required for registration is deleted if a person did not wish to register for the newsletter.

Transfer of data outside European Union

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Rights of the persons
