During the StartAI support programme, you will have access to all the platforms created by IRT SystemX.

Our platform for data management in a machine learning process enables you to:

  • perform data profiling designed to optimise the quality of datasets,
  • assess the representativeness of available/used data,
  • quantify and automate data qualification,
  • detect anomalies.

The main interoperable modules are DebiAI for the visual dimension, DQM for creating metrics reflecting data quality, TADKit for time series, and UQModels for quantifying uncertainty.

This platform is designed to implement Trusted AI methods in order to:

  • position the ML model within the ‘AI system’ in a clearly defined application domain,
  • specify the data according to that domain,
  • manage the lifecycle through traceability, and structure iterations on the data.

The approach of measuring and incrementally improving data enables performance gains and risk reduction.

Our LIPS platform for evaluating machine learning models applied to physical simulation enables us to:

  • evaluate the performance of hybrid models combining physical knowledge and machine learning,
  • compare different modelling approaches according to scientific and operational criteria,
  • analyse the robustness and generalisation of models under varied conditions,
  • quantify the uncertainties associated with predictions.

The platform’s main components enable the integration of models derived from physical simulation and machine learning, the definition of reproducible evaluation protocols, and the use of reference datasets to ensure reliable comparisons.

This platform is designed to implement rigorous evaluation methods in order to:

  • position hybrid models within their field of application, taking physical constraints into account,
  • ensure consistency between data, models and physical laws,
  • structure evaluation processes throughout the model lifecycle.

A systematic and comparative evaluation approach helps to improve the reliability of models, objectively assess their performance and reduce the risks associated with their use in critical systems.
