The IRT SystemX: Gender Equality Index for 2025

In accordance with the provisions of the ‘Professional Future’ Act of 5 September 2018, we have compiled our Index for the year 2025

 

We are pleased to announce that IRT SystemX achieved a score of 84 out of 100, representing an improvement of 11 points compared to last year.

 

The results are as follows:

  • Gender pay gap for comparable job grades and age: 34 out of 40 points
  • Gap in individual pay rise rates: 35 out of 35 points.
  • Pay rises on return from maternity leave: 15 out of 15 points.
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest earners: 0 out of 10 points

 

Beyond this annual snapshot, IRT SystemX remains committed to professional equality and is implementing concrete measures to promote greater equity between women and men.

 

Our main initiatives focus in particular on:

  • Recruitment: increasing the proportion of women in job and internship vacancies, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the presence of women within our teams.
  • Career development: ensuring, for equal skills, the same opportunities for advancement and supporting the professional development of all employees.
  • Remuneration: ensuring equal treatment in terms of pay for equivalent performance, skills and professional experience.
