The digital transformation of the transport sector may seem to be over, but it has only reached an intermediate phase. During this phase, a series of technological changes have taken place that have had a tangible impact on the sector. Mobility authorities must now rely on new tools, particularly decision support tools, to create the conditions for an effective change in practices.
